Fort Worth Leases Land at $1/year for Juneteenth Museum
City Council adopted a resolution on February 11th stating the City will lease the property designated for the Juneteenth museum for $1 per year for 40 years.
This is a single but large step towards what will attract tourism from around the country to the Evans & Rosedale Urban Village. Tourists from around the country when visiting Fort Worth, Texas will desire to stay in and visit business close by creating one of the newest national designation locations located in the core of Fort Worth.
The Evans & Rosedale Capital headquarters location being planned, which will front E Rosedale St. will be less than a football field away from the Juneteenth Museum site location.
