ERC Secures Long Awaited Defragmented Lot for Headquarters to Move Forward

Evans & Rosedale Capital has secured a final defragmented lot which has been long awaited in order to start plans on a future headquarters. This final lot was possible thanks to our partners and investors and was absolutely necessary in order to provide enough land sqft to be able to adhere to the NS-T4R adopted zoning designations for a mixed use building.

This final lot was the last of three adjacent lots needs to reunite 1051 E Rosedale back to its original platting boundaries. Fronting E Rosedale, less than a football field away from the proposed National Juneteenth Museum, ERC is excited to have taking that step forward.

A major problem in the Evans & Rosedale Urban Village is defragmentation of lots to the point developers are unable to acquire enough space to develop and bring in the much needed amenities to the area to then spark additional economic growth. The City of Fort Worth stepped in decades ago in effort to start this process by acquiring properties and holding. The city has finally handed over 36 adjacent lots to Royal Capital for a large master planned mixed use project north or E Rosedale.

South of E Rosedale Evans and Rosedale Capital partners have been taking similar strides for nearly a decade and are already seeing success with other partner land owners.

With this final defragments lot acquired by Evans & Rosedale Capital partners, ERC will be starting planning & design for ERC’s future Headquarters.
