Evans & Rosedale Capital is excited to be looking at establishing a permanent footprint in Evans & Rosedale. Our partner, Mateson Gutierrez, boasts being the first tenant of the Fort Worth known, Connex, a flex office workspace in Fort Worth made out of shipping containers. This not only shows his early commitment to the area for his business endeavors, but also show his belief in how having a presence in the area breads and yields more activity.
Since leaving Connex both Mateson and his partners have evolved their presences in Evan & Rosedale area to a commanding footprint. ERC is excited to be in the early planning phase for what will soon to be new headquarters of Evans & Rosedale Capital.
The project is expecting to have a footprint of about 2,000 sqft and a minimum of 3 stories tall. Desired to establish a presence of traditional architectural features with a touch or modern finishes. The commercial building will most likely boast all commercial spaces on the ground floor fronting E Rosedale St., where as the upper 2+ floors are to be determined if residential or commercial space will be best for the project. Some instrumental partners will be attracted to the area to establish a Property Management Partnership Group, Lending Group, and Title Company in efforts to showcase full real estate transactions can start, fund, and finishing in the urban village, while also having the long term opportunity to be managed by experts in the area.
