Fort Worth Sells 36 Lots For $1 Per Lot for Evans & Rosedale Project

Progress proceeded Tuesday, May 13th, when Fort Worth City Council approved the sale of 36 lots to Royal Capital for $1 per lot.

Royal Capital is the Milwaukee based development group heading up the multi acre, $60MM+ masterplanned development north of Evas & Rosedale intersection.

The City of Fort Worth, and other city controlled economic groups, have been acquiring these lots over the years for this very plan.

This milestone will dramatically aid towards increased momentum for the Evans & Rosedale Urban Village.
